For homeowners  /  Lease it, or keep it and we host it

Two ways to hand it over. One standard either way.

You can lease the property to us and take a fixed rent, or keep it in your name and have us co-host it for a share of what it earns. Both come with the same preparation, the same screening and the same monthly report.

01 / The arrangement

Lease it to us, or keep it and we host it.

Not sure which one fits? Send us the address and we will tell you honestly — including if we think the property is wrong for short-term rental altogether.

Option one

Lease it to us.

We take the property on a lease and pay you rent on a fixed date, whether it books well that month or not. We furnish it at our cost, run it as a short-term rental, and carry the risk of an empty week. You get a predictable number and nothing to manage.

  • Rent paid on the same date every month
  • Furnishing and setup at our expense
  • Vacancy is our problem, not yours

Best if you want certainty and no involvement.

Option two

Keep it. We host it.

The property stays yours and stays in your name. We set it up, list it, price it, handle every guest and look after the upkeep, and take a share of what it earns. When it has a strong month, so do you.

  • You keep ownership and the upside
  • We handle listings, pricing and every guest
  • You can block dates for your own use

Best if you want the income and still want the house.

The same home, twelve months, two ways to be paid

Lease

The same figure, on the same date, every month.

Co-host

A share of what the home actually earns, month by month.

Illustrative only. The shape is the point, not the height: a lease trades the peaks for certainty; co-hosting keeps them and takes the quiet months with it. Neither is a forecast for your property.

02 / What we handle

Everything between the front door and the bank.

  • Nightly pricing and minimum stays
  • Guest screening and ID verification
  • Messaging, check-in and check-out
  • Professional cleaning between stays

03 / The difference

The messages stop arriving at midnight.

Running a short-term rental yourself is a second job with no days off. Here is what changes when it is ours to run.

Running it yourself

  • Messages at midnight, and on holidays
  • Finding a cleaner at short notice, again
  • Guessing at nightly rates and leaving money on the table
  • Finding out about a problem from a review
  • Keeping up with permits and lodging tax yourself

With Platinum

  • One number, and it is answered by us
  • The same cleaning and inspection after every stay
  • Rates set and reviewed against the market, not by feel
  • Problems found at inspection, before the next guest
  • Compliance handled and written down

04 / How it works

Four steps, and the third one is in writing.

You send the address

Bedrooms, whether it is furnished, and when it is free. A phone call works just as well as the form.

We look at the numbers

What comparable homes nearby actually earn, what the local rules allow, and what the property needs before it can be listed.

You get a written proposal

Both arrangements, with the figure attached to each, and what we would spend to get it ready. If it is not worth doing, we will say that instead.

We take it from there

Setup, photography, listing and the first booking. After that you get a report every month and a call whenever something needs a decision.

What we will not do

We would rather lose the property than the standard.

We will not take a home we cannot staff properly, we will not accept a booking that fails screening to fill a gap in the calendar, and we will not tell you a month went well when it did not. A company that bends any of those is not worth handing a house to — ours included.

05 / Questions

The ones owners actually ask.

Next

Send us the address.

Tell us where it is, how many bedrooms, and whether it is furnished. We will come back with what we think it earns and which of the two arrangements suits it — and if neither does, we will tell you that too.

Or just call.

The number goes to a person, and the person is us.
