A made hotel bed with white linen beside a window onto the city

For guests  /  Chicago & Northwest Indiana

Our first Chicago stays are being prepared now.

We are not open for booking yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we can tell you is exactly what a Platinum stay will be — because it is written down before a single guest walks in.

01 / Every stay

The same specification, in every home.

Most short-term rentals are a lottery — the photographs are of one thing and the reality is another. Ours are all prepared against the same checklist, so the difference between one of our homes and the next is the address, not the standard.

01

Cleaned professionally, every time

Not "tidied." A professional clean after every guest, and an inspection before you arrive to confirm it was done.

02

Hotel-grade beds and linen

Fresh linen and towels for every stay, and enough of both that you are not rationing them on night three.

03

Stocked before you arrive

Coffee, tea, the basics in the bathroom, and a kitchen you could actually cook in. Checked off a list, not left to chance.

04

Check in without a scavenger hunt

Directions, parking and the door code sent before you travel. If something is wrong at 11pm, there is a number that a person answers.

05

Fast internet, and somewhere to work

A connection that holds a video call and a proper surface to sit at — assume you might have to work, and be glad when you don't.

06

Quiet neighbours, kept quiet

Every guest is screened and every booking is under the same house rules. That is what keeps the building glad we are in it.

02 / House rules

Short, and we mean them.

These are not the small print. They are the reason the homes stay good and the neighbours stay happy, and they are the same in every property we run.

  • No parties or events, ever
  • Only the guests on the booking stay over
  • Quiet hours after 10pm
  • No smoking inside, in any property
  • ID verified before a booking is confirmed
  • Pets only where the listing says so

First access
